REGULATORY, LICENSING & AUTHORITY COMPLIANCE
Langkah Realiti will manage all the complex Malaysian regulatory landscape and Key Approvals :
1. MIDA & MDEC:
Application for "Malaysia Digital" (MD) status to fast-track approvals.
2. Local Authority (MPAG):
Submission of Planning Permission (Kebenaran Merancang - KM), Building Plans, and Fire Safety (BOMBA).
3. Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST):
Securing the Electrical Installation License and ensuring compliance with the 2026 Grid Code for large-scale loads.
4. Environmental:
Compliance with the Green Building Index (GBI) Data Centre Tool 2.0 (mandatory as of Feb 2026) to ensure sustainable Water and Energy Usage Efficiency (WUE/PUE).
Required Licenses for the Tenant (Capacity User):
ASP (C) License: From MCMC, if providing cloud or internet access services. PDPA Compliance: Registration as a data user under the Persnal Data Protection Act
